That looks pretty cool, my only question is, the thing is designed to haul toys, not a car, is it long enough to fit a 914 on? That would be the queston I would be asking. I would also bet that it will go for around 20k or so.

Nah....I'm seeing the enclosed ones go for like 12 to 15K....I emailed the seller to see what the bed is rated for. I believe the ebay one retails for like 8K....
I'd like to get my kids into Go Karts and Willow has a nice track...only two hours from home and Granny lives 20 minutes away.... |

That looks a bit small for a 914, but maybe.
Where would you put the Go Karts if you used the toy hauler for the 914? |

Dan: Nice Trailer. I used to go to Glamis every other week with Inland Empier Off Road Ass.
Mike: I'm am currently looking at 26 or 28 foot enclosed trailers. I think I can get 2 in and give me 2 more covered parking spaces and take 2 cars with me. Pull it behind the coach. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Joe Attached image(s) |

i've got a 1996 28ft weekend warrior that i haul my jeep in when i go wheelin.
there great everything is secure while traveling. and lots of room. the newer ones have longer ramps, and you can always build support stands to hold the ramp up to a shallower angle with motor cycle ramps to that. count on useing at least a 3/4 ton truck for a tow rig. fully loaded trailer, jeep, tools, compressor, water, and what ever, i'm at about 10,000lbs of trailer weight . but i love it. can't beat it. |
