Went out for a maiden voyage and just made it home when the clutch cable popped out of the bracket at the transmission. I'm missing the hook-shaped clip that holds the cable in place.
Also, I bought a new pin for the reverse lights, which fixed it for a while. Now they stopped working, again. I bench tested the switch and it seems to work, but does need to be pushed in pretty far before it makes contact. Anyone have a known good switch? New one is $100, so I want to make sure it's the switch. Thanks |
