If you have these questions, ask.
Are you looking for someone to work on your car?
If so, ask.
Are you looking to borrow a trailer to bring your car somewhere?
If so, ask

There are a lot of decent folks in this area, and we try to take care of each other when someone needs something.
As you saw, we are far from normal, and I am not sure that will ever change.
If you are up for hosting an event in the future, please feel free to set it up.

No chance for this old guy to embarrass himself. There were no FIFY girls at Rich's.

Your example is definitely not where I was going John, but interesting that's where you went. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif)

hi name is Niece (KNEE-SEE)
I would love to get the Mass and maybe NH and possible new england owners
to get together?

let's try to do this before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) the snow flies.

first lets see who is interested?

i will be more than happy to take care of the responses here..

send email to 9fourteen14@gmail.com

thanx so much

10/1/17 it was so nice to meet some of the local 914 owners.
I want to thank Rich and his wife for welcoming us
and then even making an awesome lunch for us.
(the chili was very very good)

So, what I am taking from the people who attended is
if we get together will be nice to see each other and
talk 914 stuff.... BUT there were questions and answers
that would have never been asked or answered on the forum here

FUTURE: Can we meet in another location
( to see/work/talk... on a work in progress)
how about February 2018. can someone please step up and
host the 914 mass/new england 914 owners?

question: can I put together a list of 914 vendors in the mass/new england area?

ex: where would you take you 914 if needed welding?
engine work?
paint? alignment?
etc?

where do you take/send your 914 for work?

who has a trailer the 914 new england group can rent/use?

these questions and answers are specific to mass/new england.

Niece (please send me an email with your information 9fourteen14@gmail.com)

Along these same lines, is there a place anyone knows of that does interior work, ie seat refinishing, door panels etc.?

I remember a yellow 1.7 being for sale on the side of the road somewhere around Ludlow maybe three or four years ago. It was in pretty sorry shape at the time and way overpriced. I wonder if that is the same one. Unlikely seeing how clean this one looks from behind, but would be a great comeback story. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Somewhere along Lombard Rd/Cady Street? Saw one under a carport maybe 8 years ago. Stopped and talked to the guy for a while. He mentioned there were plans to build a racetrack in Palmer and that his son was involved doing cuts and fills calculations for the tracks construction.

Hi all, I am new here and of course, just missed the get together near where I live. Should have read the forum more often, spending to much time on ebay. Just bought a 1973 orange 914 about a month ago and have many questions. It is running now but what if it stops? Not sure where to bring it for service. Who is going to update my brakes after I mess them up trying to fix them myself? My to do list has just under 20 items so it is only a matter of time and money to touch things up on the car. Wanted a Porsche 914 since I was a teenager. Now I have one and still can't believe it.
