Hey Guys,
Any suggestions on what oil filter to use / where to purchase them? This is for a stock '74 2.0. Thanks, Mike |

I know several people who have had Fram filters explode. Literally. Not so good for your motor--and the rest of the guys in your run session really don't like missing 10 minutes of run time while the safety crew cleans up the mess!! (Well, one of them did burst on the street, but the others were on the track.)
Oh, and at least one person caught the Fram before it blew, but it had "ballooned" noticeably. Don't know about Bosch filters. And as for the number of filters my car uses nowadays.... Welllll..... --DD |
