Hi everyone,
We just started the metal work on the fenders today. I can't express how cool this is! http://www.2002and914.com/?page_id=304 We've been working on this for a couple of years now. Got the motor, transmission, front and rear suspension done. Only thing left is the interior, body work and paint. And then of course, all the details. If you're interested, poke around the site. When I asked him how old the files were, he said "A few years older than you are". So, at least 48 years but they are still sharp and surprisingly comfortable.
A lot of miles on them though, that's for sure. |
