Ok so I'm replacing the throttle cable, when it comes out of the firewall, the previous owner has it routed up through a small hole on the right (passenger side) near the hell hole.

Can I assume that is correct?

thanks

So the hole to the bottom left of the Coil?

The stock location works for factory efi but not so well for carbs.
Better to come up between the tin and engine shelf, and then maybe put a fresh hole in the tin once you see the most favorable routing.
