I really think that is the way to go. If I could have all my tinkering gauges on my phone it would be great. Only there when you want them. I would lose the console and buy some new carpet in a heartbeat.

Always liked the Getty dash. Probably would have installed one, but I don't think they are made anymore?

I haven't done it yet, but I'm planning to add a wide band AFR but wasn't wild about running more lines and finding a place for a gauge.

PE-Wideband O2 Bluetooth Kit - iOS Android Air Fuel Ratio.

Similar to the 123 Distributor setup, the app runs on your phone - which i already have the ashtray mount for. I won't need it all the time so I think it'll be perfect.

That is a great idea, just have to stomach the price tag (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif)

I went with Plex's Bluetooth kit ~5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Also a bit cheaper than the one you linked to.

Sensor module Comes with everything you need except the BlueTooth adapter. On sale for $179
BlueTooth adapter (uses free mobile app). On sale for $89

It also provides the connection option to use a gauge later if you want, and the length of the wires are more than long enough to go from the sensor to your fuse panel if you decide to get power from there.

I've looked at that one but the bluetooth module (MULTIGAUGE LINK ADAPTER) always shows as "Product Unavailable" Maybe they mean it when they say it ships in 2 weeks but I have never seen an option to actually add it to a cart and buy.

Looks really slick though and good to hear it works well.
(I've now pulled this thread into the bluetooth AFR topic - sorry!)

Hmm- I didn't notice that they didn't have it in stock. Might be worth contacting them. It wouldn't be the first time that a web site isn't up-to-date.

Yup- that’s the whole kit. Unfortunately, it says ‘product unavailable’ near the bottom of the page.
