So thanks to a customer doing a high end restoration we made the rubber hoses like factory used. Others are offering a clear hose that is well... just not period correct.
The hose kit consists of the tire to male end connector (hose shown). The short hose to the cap The tank hose to stalk Stalk to T fitting hose 2 (one long one short) t fitting to squirter hoses I have them bagged in sections to help make it easier. One thing we did diferently was make the hose slightly thicker to give it more grip on the fittings. So you will not need to band them like factory did to get them to stay. They are a VERY tight fit and will require some soappy water to install on the fittings. These are not cheap silicone hoses, and have the correct gloss level. We did a limited run on these and onl have enough material for 30 sets on hand. Who's in? Attached thumbnail(s) |

I will try to make this more clear on the site. Yes, this is just the hose. I didn't list it as hose with fittings. I'm sorry is there is any confusion on this if you are not happy please send back and I'll refund your payment with shipping.
I do doubt it's the same hose, this is significantly thicker that any I have ever seen or was able to source. We did actually custom extrude it. It was not worth having it pop off in a inconvenient place. |
