Interesting.
We actually machine these parts. The tolerances are within a few thousands. I'll double check to make sure we don't have anything messed up on our side. Mark |

Guys I've checked the tolerance on the parts our holes are .01mm oversize but well within tolerance.
The problem I believe is the pin It's a 6mm pin. It appears to have worn down from its 6mm shaft size to 5.75 on my car, and it wasn't popping. As you can see the nominal is 5.95 for the shaft, however the area that interacts with the pin is 5.75. We did make our stays for the pins when new, so I think this may be where the popping is coming from. Attached thumbnail(s) |

So what your saying is you need to manufacture replacement pins to go with the replacement stays? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) No. What he is saying is YOU may need him to manufacture replacement pins to go with the replacement stays. He has no such need.
