I am extremely saddened to learn of Karl's death. I knew about Hunter and that was a tough one. I just pray they are together and happy now. Depression is no joke. Deepest condolences to Karl's wife over the lost of her husband and and son. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I don't have the words... We all watched Hunter grow up through Karl's eyes, and felt the love he had for his boy. The amount of pain and loss he experienced last year is immense. And he was honest about struggling to live the day to day life. I'm absolutely gutted about this. Rest in peace, Karl.

Does anyone here know Susan? I want to reach out, but don't know her personally and don't want to intrude or impose. I can't imagine how she must be feeling right now.

I am so very sorry to hear this. I only recently heard of Karl's loss earlier this year... just wish there was a way that he didn't have to feel like he did. Our most sincere condolences to his wife and family.

I am deeply saddened by this as I texted with Karl at Xmas and New Years. Can't believe it and poor Susan as first they lost Hunter and now Karl is gone. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hissyfit.gif)

I visited them about 2 years ago and Karl made pizza for and we talked and talked. They showed us around old Orlando which was so nice of them. We also did swim with the Manatee's with them for a real Florida adventure.

Susan Ellzey posted the sad news today on her and Karl's Facebook page if any of you wish to express your condolence, sympathy and love to her.

All who knew Qarl were very fond of him and I appreciate the love all are expressing.

I did not know of Hunter’s passing. So very sad and tragic.
I pray Susan finds strength. Did not know Qarl personally just through his posts. No other words....

QUOTE(iamchappy @ Jan 3 2019, 10:07 AM) *

Our 914 Friend Qarl ( Karl Ellzey ) left us yesterday January 2nd. The loss of his son Hunter last summer and the struggles he and his wife Susan have had coping with the loss of their boy and a few dogs recently was more than Karl could bare. We talked last week the day before Christmas, he was struggling with depression, we covered a lot of topics and i was looking forward to seeing him a few weeks from now. Your thoughts and prayers to his family during this time.

Chap
