I was searching for something on the Interweb today, got distracted and eventually wound up at this site. http://www.scari.org/914.2-.html I had never seen this one before. If my rear end ever gets destroyed in an accident, this may be an option. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) Attached image(s) |

and suck it does.....so they removed enough weight to make up for increasing the displacment from a 1700cc to a 2200cc motor???? impressive, I could go on a diet and achieve the same thing (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) OR plates....they must have some good stuff to smoke up there (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smoke.gif) |

you've been sniffing too much brake cleaner, dropped on your head as a kid, got an exhaust leak causing fumes to come into the cabin...... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) |

This is another one of those things that looks like a guy started with a 914 because it was cheap, but he didn't want a 914... like about 9/10ths of the Renegade conversions I see..

ok, ok, I'll come clean....
My name is Wayne, and I smoke the Chronic... the more I look at it it looks like a 280Z, with a faux-shelby rear(the part I still like) with a sheridan kit on the front... it's weird, but at first glance I did kinda like it... yea, I know (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif) there are a lot worse body kits for the 914 though... a lot worse! |

That front bumper looks like a Fiero bumper to me. Saw an awful lot of Fieros at the Carlisle IKR (Import-Kit-Replicar) show this year.
Incidentally, 914's ruled the (unofficial) Porsche section. 4 teeners, 2 (?) 944's, and one example each of the 928 and the 911 (mine). P-car guys don't turn out for that show... more's the pity when you see all the Audi and BMW clubs showing up. |

I am glad you found this car...I've been wondering what the front and rear fender opening would look like if made more round and eliminating the fender opening lip feature....

actually the nose is nice if cleaned up a tad... the rub strip removed etc.
Id like to modify the IMSA nose on my car in a similar fashion. so instead of pushing a 1 foot vertical brick through the air, the section will be less and cut through the air more easily.. |
