My vote is that black is best with or without vinyl. But it is a pain in the ass for various reasons.
blue/silver/silver/blue is second best--with or without vinyl. Silver is third, but it needs the vinyl to break up the lines. Thoughts? |

black is a bad color for a few reasons:
it attracts heat....... it makes a small vehicle even harder to see in traffic, not a good thing in my opinion (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) |

here's another one ... black *always* looks dirty, unless you wipe it every 5 minutes or so ... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) Andy |

Silver can be just as bad for not being seen...There was a silver spyder (kit) beside me at the local PCA show...no wonder James Dean was killed.
I'll never own a black car again. Bright colours for a 914 for sure...the brighter the better. |

Signal Orange\Phoenix Red (AKA "Why Orange?") Any damn color YOU choose for YOUR car. If you choose to paint your car with Acid Green and Burnt Orange stripes, more power to you!!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap.gif) |
