I have a 74 with AA GT flares, does anyone have the maximum width of a similar 914? Looking to get an enclosed trailer to protect it from the Monnesota salt as it moves around this winter. I know an 8.5 will work but I only have room for a 7 foot wide trailer. My car is currently 3 hours away in storage.

Thanks for any assistance.

I purposely made my open P Hauler with a 74 inch wide deck. This allows me to park it in my garage (w/car)

You need to add room to open a door

Wow! Wow! Great to see you post! I was starting to worry about you. Is that monster running yet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/party.gif) ? I can measure the Alien but remember your car is a little wider that most. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/assimilate.gif)

Some of these guy's have never seen your project. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yikes.gif)

We bought a Featherlight motorcycle trailer that fits our 914 perfectly... but it is narrow, but works well. I’ll send a picture later...

Also fits a narrow body 911, but that’s it...

Or keep it narrow and remove the targa top.
