Here is a replacement for one of the 5 major OE nylon bushings that are critical to smooth shifting in your 914!
This self lubricating bronze bushing replaces the castellated nylon one in the shift console of your side-shift 901. $27.99 Available HERE & in the members vendor section (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) Attached thumbnail(s)

@914werke Rich, a quick testimonial here ... I had my trans rebuild by Dr. Evil and while everything was all apart I had your bronze side-shift console bushing installed as well as brass shift coupler bushings. The shifting is phenomenal now - all slop gone, super notchy, and tight. I never thought we could get the shifting this clean.
