Just saw this, not sure if it's been posted yet or not.

I can get onboard with most vehicles on that list.
In the internet era the art of proof reading & fact checking is a lost art though! |

Hagerty price estimates are always inflated as well, but not too hard to imagine all these cars hitting at some point in the future. Point is, get in soon, enjoy before they become too valuable to enjoy....

I can get onboard with most vehicles on that list. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) As a previous owner of a '90 CRX Si and Corrado G60, I would welcome the opportunity to add either one back into the mix of cars that I currently don't have time or space for! Everything but the SUVs, they are some of the worst SUVs made, even the Range Rover was good in its day, but it was the oddest seating position I ever sat in, and did not like the barcalounger style of the leather.
The Scouts are plentiful in these parts, and the factory is one city to the east of me. Not impressed. The Cherokee good vehicle, but come on, did not want one then or now. Carrado has been on my list for ever, and never can find them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Should have bought the one I test drove. Got a Scirocco instead. |

Odd that only the 914 and Range Rover were OLDER than 25 years and the 914 was significantly older than the rest that fell in the 20-25 year old range.

The G60 was amazing after a few intake and exhaust upgrades + a smaller supercharger pulley and re-chip (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). I bought a '90 G60 new and that is the first thing I did. Super fun car until the supercharger blew (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Way too expensive to fix at the time so I ended up trading the Corrado for some un-noteworthy vehicle. Interesting article, thank you for sharing.
I've always like the Acura ITRs. We have a 2000 M Roadster in the stable and a 914...win, win! |
