Factory Original Leather Steering Wheels do not look like this.
Not sure what you have... maybe recovered.

Looks like it had one of those spiral lanyard covers on it that compressed the leather/leatherette.

========================================

I have had this wheel for over 25 years
and NO, it has not been recovered.

At one point, it had a cover, so perhaps
that is the shape you are seeing.

Original in my books.

The pictures make the wheel look ribbed. Do you have additional pics?

Looks to me like leather but that it's been wrapped by one of those spiral laced covers at some point. May explain why the leather is in good shape...

Great steering wheel. Great price.

Bad publicity has not bothered the

Hey there just wanted to say thanks! This steering wheel is in great condition and was as advertised, horn assembly is mint like new condition! Leather like new oth than slightly indented from the wrap but that’s fine with me it’s original, maybe someday I will re wrap it but I am excited to have a nice clean original wheel because in 12 years I have not had a correct. Original wheel to go with this car.

Hey guys buy with confidence from this seller, package was well wrapped and protected, shipped fast .

Pleasure doing business with you.

Phil
