Had a swig out of that gas can two years ago in the parking lot at the swap meet because I was at another hotel. If I stayed at the same hotel I probably would not have made it to the meet.

I had a swig a few years ago. Terrible, tasted like grape juice with moonshine. I hope the gasoline after taste was all in my head. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)

I'm registered to sell parts for the first time (mostly 911), and will bring the 914-6 for display in the parking area. From what I understand parking passes are purchased onsite (unless a group buy is done).

What's the best hotel to stay at? Stayed at the 'host hotel' before but few others did.

Steve

The best deal is the Econo Lodge right in the middle of Hershey on Lucy St. normally about half the Comfort Inn on Mae St.
Currently at $112 per night.

I should be going again this year. Went for a few years in a row, got enough parts to rebuild my 74 2.0 and didn't go back until last year. Not as many 914 parts as there used to be but that could also come with time. May bring the car down, not sure but still hope to meet some of you.

I've gone the last 8 years and had a great time but I just decided to skip this year. I've started riding my bike again and my friends convinced me to sign up for a 100K gravel race. The start is only 2 miles from my house and I know a lot of the trails so...
Unfortunately, the same day as Hershey.

Have fun and find good deals.

What gravel race is it? I did a fair amount of riding last year, a lot of gravel.

Road, Mountain, Track, Cross and now Gravel. I'm just repurposing the cross bike with tubeless clinchers. It has cantilevers vs disk brakes but I'll make it work.
We are lucky to live 6 miles from Fair Hill MD. 6 thousand acre natural game preserve with about 120 miles of singletrack trails.
We used to do a big mt bike race near you in Mechanicsburg PA

What hotel are people staying at this year at Hershey?
