Hi all, I’d like to find some yellow fog lights to fit behind the front grilles however my search so far has led me to only one place that want me to donate my organs to pay for them!

Can anyone help, please?

If you have your originals, you can disassemble them and paint the inside of the lens with yellow or amber glass paint. Search online for spray cans of the stuff.

I recently checked into these with Camp914. They are no longer available, nor are they available from the Pilot web site.

Pilot was discontinuing the pilot PL-193C within a few years after the mod thread was written. I imagine Camp914 bought several sets for stock but now has long run out. If you watch ebay a NIB set comes up for sale every so often.
I bought a NIB set off of Kijiji (like craigslist) for $40 a few years back. I didn't really need them, but for 40 bones I figured it was worth having an extra set just in case.

Harley Davidson uses the 4-1/2" round driving light that may be usable. There's aftermarket LED lights in this size on Amazon.

@dr914@autoatlanta.com if this is the set you're referring to, can we see some pictures or can you update the site with pictures?
