Would you like me to remove it?

I would hand out numbered tickets at the photo shoot we are going to have at the
first stop. Give out your goodies there. That way the Palm Spring Teeners will be there and it gives everyone a chance.

Thanks for the awesome giveaways......Hint Hint to Oscar. He always has cool stuff to hand out.

Greg, FWI A section of 79S has been reduced to 2 and some places 1 lane during the week. Not sure about the weekend. There is a route that will put you back on the 79S past the construction but you would need to meet the second group on the 79N. There are many places on the 79N to meet as well. PM me for additional info or carry on. Your call. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I will be attending this event with my son. I'll be taking my sneakers which cost $9.14. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)
My car is far from done but glad to meet up with you all at In N Out.

On a side note will there be anyone there selling parts?

See you all soon and safe drive.

Hi Al, I don’t think there will be selling of parts at the Route 2 meet up since it will be just a 30 minutes (based on the schedule) to meet there and continue driving again. You can come earlier there since other members will be waiting there ahead of time.

If you need parts, maybe you can make a separate message and if someone has that part(s) that they can sell you and are going to the event, they can just bring it with them.

So with everything going on down there I could use some advice of were a good place to stay would be. We have had some great offers to stay with friends and we really appreciate that. We would like to stay at a nice hotel to still do as much social distancing as we can. With curfews and chaos being what it is we would love your suggestions.
Thanks guys. See you this weekend (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Pretty much anything in Temecula, lots of hotels on Winchester St. You and your wife will enjoy Old Town Temecula. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Plus it’s super close to the Route 2 meet up spot. Zero chaos happing there.

Here’s the last update for this trip.

For those meeting at Route one. 1215 Magnolia Ave. Corona please park in the large parking lot in the middle of the shopping/business park. Do not park in the McDonalds parking area. We don’t want to obstruct there customers. Be there by 7:30 am leave no later then 8am

The Drive to the Route two meet up spot is approx 39 miles.

For those coming from San Diego see Eric’s post on your meet up spot.
Randy will be bringing the Palm Spring crowd over the mountain and meet us at the Cahuilla casino.

Meet up spot two is the In out Burger parking lot. 30697 Temecula pkwy. The cross street is a dead end so there is lots of parking. Can the first arriving Teeners please direct us to areas to park so we don’t inconvenience the public.
Meet 8:30am leave by 9am

The drive to Cahuilla Casino 52702 Ca Hwy 371 is approx 28 miles. We will stop here for pictures and social gathering. Randy can you please pick a good spot for us to park for a meet and greet.

The drive to the mountain center cafe 29470 Ca Hwy 243 is approx 23 miles. There is parking behind the cafe and a dirt parking area....not my first choice.

After lunch the drive to our ending location Starbucks 41195 Winchester rd is approx 42 miles.

If there are any other must see stops let’s work that out at the Casino stop and not on this thread.

You may want to bring a folding chair especially for a place to sit while eating lunch.
Also consider packing a lunch. The MC Cafe can only seat 20 people outside due to CV restrictions. Take out food is not a problem but if your number 45 in a line of 60 people you probably won’t see your food tell 2pm......just saynnnnn

Make sure you have a full gas tank, bring lots of water, sunscreen ect. ect. ect.

Please be respectful to those of us who wear mask and elect to participate in social distancing. Elbow handshakes

For those driving other then 914s please park away from us at the casino. This is for Photo and video purposes only.

If someone wants to print out a route map to hand out then please go for it.
Hwy 79 to Hwy 371 to Hwy 74 to Hwy 243 to Hwy 74

See everyone there, this will be a cool event.
