I need the shorter lug bolts for a set of steel wheels. A partial set is ok and condition isn't important. I just need them for a roller so I can mount the wheels and move it around the garage. Cheaper the better. Please PM or mark@markepstein.net

I think I have some assorted short lugbolts for 914 also. I will check how many if Brant does not have complete sets I can send some and maybe free shipping.

Ok, found them
so something I had not noticed before 13 are short 3 are less short I haven't owned any bugs, beetles, or VW's other than the 914 so they should have all come from a 914 but still weird that 3 are a bit longer? makes no sense. anyone have an opinion or idea your welcome to them all I just want to make sure they will work for you here are pics: Attached thumbnail(s) |

But These will work fine. I can get away with 3 bolts per wheel. The wheels just have to keep the car off the ground. It won't get driven. I have alloy wheel bolts and they are too long. They bottom out before they get tight. A good reminder to keep some short ones with your steel spare. |
