PO cross threaded the captive nut holding the door pocket. Had to cut it with a hacksaw blade to remove. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Pull the side back and remove the nut, put it a vise and see if you can heat the screw up and remove it with some vise grips.
Worked for me..... |
