listen, there is a very easy trick to get it out. With a bolt. As it happens to be....the wheelbolt is the perfect size for this.
Take out one of your wheelbolts. Screw it in the seal. It will catch that seal and then just rock the bolt and it pops out.

EDIT : I might be confused....maybe I used this trick for the washerring that was stuck in the drive.......
EDIT2 : I see @bdstone914 already posted this trick, sorry about that.
