Britt: It is SUMMER now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

Here in Phoenix it was one hundred and fourteen degrees today, (in the shade). (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/devil.gif)

Let this one go till at least fall....

P.S. Studded snow tires were always the "hot set-up" in Detroit, but do not get caught with them still on in the spring.

go cheap. get some used plain jane steel wheels, degrease, scuff em' up, rattle can silver. 165/15 SNOW tires on all 4 corners, not all season, and get studs. leave them mounted the other 9 months.

So, I was thinking... What if I installed THESE on my 914?

Made me think of motorcycle ice racing. Fortunately, not TOO many guys who crash get ran over each year...
