I've got a car in the shop that I'm finishing a 6 conversion on.

I seem to remember someone here making a cable type throttle linkage. I've used Rich Johnson's before, and have a kit here, but looking for an easier way.

Thanks in advance!

The whole logic of the carb stock(-ish) linkage is to keep the cable in as straight line as possible. Once you start making the cable turn tight corners is when you start into binding issues.

There are reasons the factory had a bell crank. My 2.7 CIS comes up using a 4-cyl cable. It routes very similar to any L-Jet or D-Jet, but I might still swap it for a bell crank system.
