Quick up date Looking at the main meet up spot at the 15 and 76. Large parking area next to gas station. Head east on the 76 with a photo shoot at Pala casino 76 to the 79 towards Warner Springs. Stop there for photo shoot ?? Continue to the 371 to the 74 to Idyllwild for lunch. For those familiar with the area please chime in with thoughts and changes if warranted. No clue what the mileage is or travel time frames with a 8:30am start. First draft so nothing is set in stone. Greg, There may also be some earlier morning meet up locations like we did out in Corona last year for those coming down the 15 from parts north. |

Final update for the May 22 fun run For the LA, OC, SB, RS Teeners we will meet up next to the McDonalds parking lot “same as last year” 1215 Magnolia Ave Corona at 7am with a leave time no later then 7:30am. For the SD Teeners and close by RS Teeners the main meet up spot will be the parking area behind the Mobil gas Station 4730 CA 76. 8:30am We will start the drive at Approx 9am leaving 4730 CA 76 Head east on the 76 with a photo shoot at Pala casino if it looks cool ?? 76 to the 79 towards Warner Springs. Stop there for break. Approx 45 miles. Continue to the 371 to the 74 to Idyllwild “ Mountain center cafe” for lunch. Approx 55 miles. Total miles from main meet spot is 100 miles. Bring chairs and pack lunch if you want or eat at the cafe. If you haven’t RSVP yet let us know. |
