Since I don't want the retractible headlights I am using that space for the dual radiators...
The typical Boxster/996 radiators are mounted at an extreme angle at the corners and vent below the car. There is not much room in the 914 so this will have to work. I could use a Renegade type or custom sizes but my guidelines are to use as many existing parts for future availability or replacement and only design and fabricate mounts and ducting. This car already had the headlight bucket and bottom cut out. I will get the Boxster y-pipes and hoses next week to test fit them. Attached image(s) |
