So I just registered for Okteenerfest and I am hoping to bring the 914 GT and not the 911. Just need to take care of this short list (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Running list to be rdy for Okteenerfest
Engine
Attach chain covers
Attach throttle linkage plate
Attach fan to alt
Attach alt to housing
Attach air duct to housing
Attach fan and shroud to engine
Attach engine shroud
Attach oil carrera tensioner lines
Remove and replace rear main seal
Attach flywheel
Attach clutch
Attach throttle bodies
Attach linkage
Attach fuel lines
Attach vac lines
Wire in megasquirt and alt
Attach fan belt
Install spark plugs
Install coil packs
Install ITB linkage
Install headers
Install muffler
Install engine mount

Mate engine to transmission

Get engine to run and tune

Car
Welding minor patch in hell hole corner
Mount brake thingy
Mount brake lines
Bleed brakes
Cut holes for Oil tank
Mount oil tank
Install shift shaft
Install engine and trans
Fix trunk mount
Install Backpad
Install seats
Install gauges
Install wiper motor
Install engine lid
Install GT pull cable

Who has a spare running engine I can barrow if this doesn't pan out, oh and a shift shaft since mine is now straight LOL

wow it looks worse when you list it out like that, my motor is out of the car too. going to be close getting it put back together in time! i have not even split the case yet but hey its just a type4, pretty basic right? I am super optimistic (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If I can get the engine sorted by End of August I might be in good shape.

Mark the chain covers off the list - just completed that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Brake thingy was for the brake valve regulator thing-a-ma-bob LOL
