I find these videos to be very motivating when I'm running on the treadmill, staying fit for more racing.

Truthfully though, I like to take a nap if I get to the pre-grid early. I'm rarely anxious right before a race, but for some reason I get jittery when I am driving to the track in the morning, just about 10 or 15 minutes before I arrive. Once, I tried doing some commentary while I was driving but without a microphone inside the helmet it was unintelligible. |
