where do the wires from the coil go? The condenser on the side of the distributor goes on the positive side. Do the other wires go to the main wiring harness under the battery in a bundle of 3 not the 4 that goes to the battery -Attached Imageyes? The haynes manual is difficult to understand- thanks for any help

this is the wiring harness under the seat-DO I need it if I have carbs? Also what does it control ? Attached Image

Basically: The coils negative pole is to the dizzy, positive is hot from the ignition switch.

This is for seat belt warning & ignition cut-out if seatbelts not connected.
You need to interconnect the big yellow wires (as shown) & cap everything else off.
