*SOLD******
Hey guys, I recently purchased this 75 1.8L L-Jet for my 914 just to get it driving again while I possibly tear down my 2.7. Plans changed and I will be getting a different 6 to put in my car so this is no longer needed. I bought it locally from a guy, 15 mins down the road. I had him pull everything I needed to run it in my car/on a stand. After changing the points/rotor/wires/plugs/pushrod tube seals/valve cover gaskets/ adjust the valves all around I got it running on the stand. Here are two vids. I believe the leak downs were ok with all being under 20% loss (that was cold when I got it home). The only thing not included will be the mounting bar as that needs to go back to the guy. $1300 + shipping. Can throw it on a pallet. I shipped my 2.7 out to Wisconsin last week via YRC for $236 from Maryland. First start - cold start up Stopped and restart (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/live.staticflickr.com-18763-1649626118.1.jpg) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/live.staticflickr.com-18763-1649626119.2.jpg) |
