Hey guys, I recently purchased this 75 1.8L L-Jet for my 914 just to get it driving again while I possibly tear down my 2.7. Plans changed and I will be getting a different 6 to put in my car so this is no longer needed.
I bought it locally from a guy, 15 mins down the road. I had him pull everything I needed to run it in my car/on a stand. After changing the points/rotor/wires/plugs/pushrod tube seals/valve cover gaskets/ adjust the valves all around I got it running on the stand. Here are two vids. I believe the leak downs were ok with all being under 20% loss (that was cold when I got it home). The only thing not included will be the mounting bar as that needs to go back to the guy.
