If you have to take the case apart... repair it proper or replace the case.
It would need 3 legs to sit square.

A better solution is using some sheet for dbl. duty. Support preventing the bolt hole cracking + oil control limiting slosh.

This is not a fix if the bolt hole in the case has cracked. This is to add support to prevent it from cracking.
