Got mine yesterday. Installation instructions:

1. Disconnect negative battery cable
2. Remove ash tray
3. Install phone mount
4. Reconnect negative battery cable.

Ok, 1 and 4 not necessary, but I wanted honor all those Chilton's manuals I had over the years.
