I have one off a 996 auto. Don't know off hand if it's the same in that way. |

Same teeth but more of them - 135. OD 287mm

A 928 flywheel, a Boxster spring center clutch disk, and a Boxster presssure plate. Machine a spacer to adapt the pressure plate to the flywheel.
That's what I did to make the Spec 944 turbo pressure plate work with the 964 flywheel. |

I think there is a disc & pp from an Audi that swaps, as the Boxster flywheel is dual mass/unsprung disc garbage.

Thanks Chris. After looking a little I believe the custom Flywheel I have will work. I have to make a new adapter plate anyway. I will just need to bolt the starter on the engine side to the new adapter plate. The rest looks easy. The Boxster Transaxle appears to be very short.

I’m interested in why you are doing this.
Also, measurements….length specifically. Also, angle of axles. Because….my next project is a tad longer and more powerful….so yah What chu finding? |
