There is also an outfit in Europe that sells them. Theirs are like the originals, the seams are heat sealed. I like 914Rubber and had a pair of the visors but the 914Rubber ones are sewn together. They look good but the process of seeing them makes them very thick. That causes them to always hang a little lower than I would’ve liked (you can only push them up so far). It also made it very difficult to get the front targa latches in place so one can lock it down.

We now make the ones like OEM. For a long time we offered a service to sew new materials on your frames. We now have like stock. Also, our visor clips include the center 2 prong you will need.
Will be on sale very soon

Don't get the AA ones or 914 rubber get the bamboli above. Trust me on this.

Also I have a pair of original sun visors 1974 , and probably hardware, but like all of them from nearly 50 years ago, the insides are all completely deteriorated aka turned to powder.

If you get good used ones I would be stunned and amazed and shocked if they were not the same as my orginal

Thanks for posting that link.
Checked mine out, totally trashed internally.
Ordered a pair.
I'm guessing because of this thread these will all be gone shortly.

I have an NOS pair and must have been stored well as the internal structure is good. I also bought a set from 914World but not installed yet. That said bought a pair of these and will send comparison pictures.

The original clip pins were steel with chrome plating. We intentionally made ours from stainless them polished them. This way they will never rust....but if you want authenticity (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

+1 here too. Probably wasn't my best decision. I think shortly after the sewn ones they came up with one that mimics the originals now. AA also has them.
