Good news re. my throttle issues, I believe. I was able to adjust it back into spec and now get full WOT again and the car is running fantastically, really rips hard again. It definitely was not set up optimally for quite some time and I will be replacing the cable soon but it should be good for tomorrow. I checked everything from pedal cluster to carbs and found nothing wrong but the cable adjuster, so figure it has stretched quite a bit, but I hammered on it hard today with no probs.

@914_7T3 Thinking that tomorrow AM I'll connect with the group at the Malibu Starbucks stop vs trekking to SaMo and back. So if I'm not at the SaMo lot don't wait around for me...


Heads-up to everyone that AFAIK, PCH is still under special speed restrictions and at some times there are a lot of cops and/or work trucks though the entire burn zone. If you haven't driven thru there yet since the fire, it's pretty shocking to see.
