My 2009 Range Rover has the factory heated windshield in the same fashion; you don't even see the heater elements unless you're up close AND looking for them. I don't need glass right now, but hopefully in the future they get a US distributor.

Just fyi it is a 10 amp draw. You may want to calc what you have already.
Just so you know if you'll need to upgrade your alternator. With my budget I'll be waiting for the ebay DIY heated windshield kit. |

Is that glass or plastic? Plastic will micro scratch every time it's cleaned.

Is that glass or plastic? Plastic will micro scratch every time it's cleaned. The page says they carry Heated Windscreens and Heated Polycarbonate windscreens. Some companies can hard coat Polycarbonate Plastic. Best Bob B Hard coat? That shit doesn't last. Look at your eyeglasses. Plastic is too soft. |
