Some of the group watch Dr. Evil work on the Tranny. Thanks to the Dr. for messing with the tranny and for the stories from his lab classes at school.

Kerry, and everyone who brought stuff, contributed stuff, or said stuff to make us laugh, or answer our questions.. a great big thanks! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

Honest story: I was one of the last die hards to leave, around 5:45. I went over to NJ to have dinner with my dad. When I left there around 7 pm I fired up the portable GPS, programmed in departure point, and destination, hit the navigate button and the little silver box figures route and estimated time of arrival .......

9:14 pm!! Now that's a great omen or what?

Kerry,

Thanks for the hospitality and great time. If you ever need an extra hand to work on your car let me know, we are only about an hour away. I know my wife can relate to your story about timing your engine. Yes honey it will be alright, I just need you to hold the throttle steady at 6000, trust me I know what I am doing. Oh ya, if it starts to makes any crazy noises, RUN.

thanks for a great time,
Dan

Kerry,

Sorry I couldn't make it up... I really wanted to, but I'm buried in school work these days. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)

Looks like it was a great time. Hope everyone got home safely. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

many thanks kerry! with all the 30+ year old cars, i wanted to ask if everybody made it home OK. i didn't want to speak the words at the time, knock-on-wood and all that.

when i dropped off in baltimore, all the NOVA guys were running fine (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)
