I'll be done Weds or Thurs if I keep my head in it.

Punch list: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
drop engine and trans
split engine and trans.
adjust valves
clean engine
replace cam chain cover gaskets
install oil thermostat, lines and cooler
install new "special" trans
put it all back in

If I have time: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)

brake cooling ducting
new suspension bushings
new fuel line in the tunnel

Right now the car is in the air with everything removed.
Six bolts are all that remain before the engine is out.

Tomorrow will be a good day...a 914 day.

KT

I have an a/x on Sat, so I have to be done.

I will...It's mainly for the track, as most a/x's are all 2nd gear for me.

Correct! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

It'll have to wait 'til winter, though. Little short on time right now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

I'm up early and getting ready to go at it.

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/burnout.gif)

If I get the motor in and the CV joints repaired, I'm home free.

I'll take some pics of the cooler set-up today, too.
