So im working, and like normal, there always like guys a day that come in and say "is that your porche" or whatever, or they know me as the guy with the 914 with the sbc, or what not...
So this guy says that he got this 914 from a police impound. Its a "914 T" and I repeat 914 targa? and he says 914 turbo... I didnt care about the car before hand, but the turbo interested me.... If it is a turbo.. serious score... He says he doesnt have time for it, he wants 100 bucks for it, what he paid.. Its located somewhere local, so I've got his number, and i'll keep everyone posted. If I dont want it, I'll give whomever wants it his number. and I'll take pics and such. Wish me luck! Andrew |

Nope, it is 914... I was driving my 914 today, and he recognised the car...
If I would have driven the 944 turbo (which I was... but I just installed the Rennshifter, and I wanted to test it out... which is heavenly by the way..) he would have never noticed. Andrew but if it is a 944 turbo, even better score.. those parts are actually worth something.... |

You can't turbo a 914, so it must not exist. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

This is so rudimentery of an answer I can't believe you people haven't figured the code out yet......
Ok.. Lets look at the facts... The statement goes like this.
Lets break this down to it's simplest form.. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif) A 914 T..... Obviously if you were to put your thinking cap on and do the simple math.. the answer is staring you people in the face... Break it down for the dumb ones please Mr.Twystd1 oracle person.. OK.. I'm bored so I will... Add: 9+1+4+t together in a simple algebraic equation. OK... Ya still don't get it do you.... (Lamers) "nineplusoneplusfourplust" = 24 alphabetic charachters. If you divide 914 by 24 you get 38.08. Now if you have any sense of smarts.... You simply find out that T is the 20th letter in the alphabet. So you add 38.08 + 20 and you get 58.08... DUH... Are you guys gettin this yet... it's so friggin simple I am about to burst at the seams.. It's an obvious misnomer of an elegantly simple mistake that so many newbies make when they are talking about Porsches.... Now you see.. what the guy was really talking about is exact same same thing that Slits was talking about last year...... OOOOpppssss. Sorry guys. Aaron is calling.. get back to you later...
