Okeh................. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)

By the way, I believe Cap'n Krusty has stated a few times that in place of the cheap paper CV washer, RTV works wonders too!

Old heh......  ;)

I guess us "backyard arthritic mechanics" do all sorts of bad things (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)

RTV huh?

How would we know what color to use? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

What color is the gasket(/washer?)? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

Greenish blue / maybe kinda grey......mix black, red and blue together...it should come out about right (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

CV joint bolts (the ones that bolt the cv joints to the flange). They are a style of an "internal lock washer".

I guess I'm unsafe...I use locktite (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif)
