i know there has to be a few people here that have experimented with the /4 motors quite extensively...so....

Has anyone here or anyone know anyone that has removed the stock cast iron fins of a cylinder in order to replace it with aluminum fins for better heat dissipation?

I know 100% alum cylinders are available ($2000.00 cylinders only)
and from the same company aluminum finned iron cyliders can be bought
(~$1000.00, cylinders only)

Just wondering who in the past has done this? I'm pretty darn sure "somebody" has done it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
