Welcome to the 914 accounting club, it's ok to keep records of how much you've spent on your 914, but you only look at the total if you want to get sick to your stomack, and NEVER let anyone else look at your records, especially wife, husband or significant other, etc, lol.

The first couple of years are the worst.

The best part about keeping good records, financial and history is putting a maintenance schedule together and figuring out what you've done, what you still need to do, and the last time you did it.

Take Care, Don

I rebuilt a Corvette 5 years ago and I meticulously collected receipts. I never added them up, though, because I knew they would exceed the purchase price, and I figure I probaly have at least $5K more in the restoration + purchse price than the car will ever be worth.

As for Babydoll... well, she isn't mine, but we are doing our best to keep the documented expenses as low as possible.

thats going on the very clean wheel i got from eric shea.

Cover the wheel with leather and the whole shebang goes on the car.

Wheel
turn signal switch
hornbutton
/6 combi guage
painted face plate
redone tach

i'm torn as to whether i should recover the dashpad now while the pod is out.
