Here's a question of philosophy and possibly
skills. I still have the steel rockers from my -6
although they have some pinholes and such
from the same dirt that messed up my jack
posts before I bought it.

Last year I picked up some good condition
fiberglass ones at Hershey for $50, but I now
have a welder and some time on my hands,
should I try to strip the steel ones, weld a
bit, smooth and use those? I have a feeling
putting the fiberglass ones on is going to take
some different rivets and might not look the
same.

Not a big deal either way, but what does
anybody think?
Thanks,
Mark S.
