Can't be powder coated or chromed but for an extra $0.25 I can put colored sprinkles on it : )
Also - It is quite heavy - good if you are trying to avoid wheelies : ) Jim |

Actualy the idea was not an idea at all - we had a kiddie pool on our yard upside down and the lip filled with water a froze - while removing the ice - even my little lady - noticed the big section looked like a 914 front bumper : )
