As the crow flies I'm only about 30miles away, but there's this great big lake to go around. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

If the ferry is still running from Rochester, perhaps it could be redirected to points east of Toronto.

I don't think it runs in the winter and the last I heard it was in big money trouble.

There was a ferry running out of Colbourg for over 75 years but they scrapped it in the early 50's.
Wish they still had it.

Let me know.

there's a great little Mexican Resturant on Clifton hill in Niagara Falls Ont that's about half way in between Mark Henry and Rochester. (The place with the glass garage doors) I just canna remember the name. We could car pool for a get together.
If you need parts, Mark's the man!
But I'll bet two Toonies he won't show... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
(That'd be a challenge, Mark),

It is 4:15 am EST. I just got into the hotel, the Hyatt downtown. Dinner on Wed or Thu night would be good. Let me know when and where to meet. I just need directions.

BTW... Airline traffic through O'hare sucks. I was stuck in the plane on the runway at DFW for 2 and a half hours before we took off due to delays at O'hare. Then I was stuck at O'hare for anothe hour and a half waiting for the connecting flight to show up!!

Ask Luke if he has a preference (he might know the place better) but I've been to the Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse a couple times and really enjoyed it. Here's the address.
It should be easy enough to find

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que
99 Court St. Rochester, NY
(585) 325-7090
Fax: 325-7125

Weds or thurs is fine but Thursday might be a little better

I would try my best to make it if it was in Niagara falls area. There are several Ontario members that would be relatively close. Mark, what do you think?

Sorry buds

The wife is just starting her shifts on Wednesday and I have the kids. To top it off I have to take Ethan (our 4yr/old) to pre-op on Thursday. The next couple of weeks are a bit hairy for the Henry family.

When I went to school in Rochester in the early 80's, there was a really cool indoor junkyard that was full of sports cars. I have no idea if it still exists, but it was near some kind of railyard since there were tracks running through it. I don't even remember how we found it.

We have two extra bedrooms if you want to car pool out there and then crash here on your way home.
we'd have to kick you out at 4:30 am to get you to work on time, though.
Good thing we've got a timer on the coffee machine (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) !
Mark! I hope every thing with the Dr. goes well.
Luke, If we got to Roch-cha-cha early enough we could check out the 6 conversion that I've heard rumors about.
Has any body tried the Buffalo wings at the Dinosaur?, it seems kinda strange offering someone from Texas a BBQ (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)
Well it is "purdy darn gud!" (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)

Maybe you could walk there faster.
We probly can't head out before 6:30pm tomorrow
That would get us there about 7:45
But if we left here at 7:59...
we'd arrive at...
Well you know... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
(914 pm)
It seemed funny but could confuse the whole thing...
When Nan gets home I'll confirm ETD
maybe we could do it earlier.
