I'll post the pics later this afternoon. "The College Boy" (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif) stopped to visit us for a couple of hours (aren't we lucky!) and now I have to buy him lunch.

One caveat Howard. I haven't yet taught her the finer nuances of driving a 914. Hope your syncros are in good shape. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) I guess I should get her started now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving-girl.gif) Hi Kevin! What happened to you yesterday? And Joe!?!? |

SOB!!!!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/mad.gif)
Thought the fan impeller mount would be an easy thing to R/R (WITH engine in car) I dropped it a couple of inches, thinking I could reach up in there, But NOOOOOOOOO! what was I thinking!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif) I need to replace the dam oil seal in there, after dicking around for a couple of hours, decide to make a oil seal removal tool (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smash.gif) Hmmmmmmmmmm........... beer break! New guy to our local list, Jim. Missing 1/4" off of a valve adjustment screw. The one casualty in 7 yesterday. He said yesterday the car was for sale for $5k. That was before the valve adjuster screw reared it's ugly head. Might be cheaper now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)
