I'll post the pics later this afternoon. "The College Boy" (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif) stopped to visit us for a couple of hours (aren't we lucky!) and now I have to buy him lunch.

QUOTE (majkos @ Feb 4 2006, 06:29 PM)
I've notice Gint picked up another 914!

Is this Shar's?? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif)

Mike and I don't differentiate what's "his" and "mine"... it's all OURS!!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) (exception: his garage) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

However, yesterday afternoon when a drunk woman at the Irish pub at Copper Mtn ski area asked me, "What does 9-1-4 stand for?" (I was wearing one of Mike's 914 hats - correction, OUR hats), after I beeotch slapped her (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/whack_3.gif) I said, "It stands for I got a new 914 today and you didn't!!!

QUOTE (Howard @ Feb 5 2006, 10:47 AM)
Hey Sharon, call the airline and see if you can trade the two one way tickets for a R/T.  That way you could fly down and help me by driving one of the cars down to Joe's, about 70 miles.  Green one isn't here, so do you prefer red or yellow?

One caveat Howard. I haven't yet taught her the finer nuances of driving a 914. Hope your syncros are in good shape. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) I guess I should get her started now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving-girl.gif)

Hi Kevin! What happened to you yesterday? And Joe!?!?

SOB!!!!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/mad.gif)

Thought the fan impeller mount would be an easy thing to R/R

(WITH engine in car)

I dropped it a couple of inches, thinking I could reach up in there,
But NOOOOOOOOO! what was I thinking!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif)
I need to replace the dam oil seal in there, after dicking around for a couple of hours, decide to make a oil seal removal tool (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smash.gif)

Hmmmmmmmmmm........... beer break! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beer3.gif)

New guy to our local list, Jim. Missing 1/4" off of a valve adjustment screw. The one casualty in 7 yesterday. He said yesterday the car was for sale for $5k. That was before the valve adjuster screw reared it's ugly head. Might be cheaper now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)
