My guess is that Google has either uploaded the video to a Google-owned server closer to you or that they use a content delivery network such as Akamai. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

Huh. I always just did a video search with Yahoo, and typed in "914". There are too many 911 videos out there..
