I have a knockoff electric that I bought in high school. I added reflex red pickups to it. The action is wonderful.
But my real score is the Fender Bandmaster amp head and speaker cab. I got it at a garage sale for 20.00. It turns out it's one of the last pre CBS bandmasters with the AB763 circuits in it. It's worth about 5 to 6 hundred as is, and more if I put the proper Fender grillcloth and the fender emblems back on it. I used it in a garage band in High School. Shortly after High School I cut my left hand bad enough to damage the tendons in 3 fingers. That severely limits my dexterity in that hand, and makes it very hard to play anymore. I still play some, but sometimes it frustrates me because I used to be so much better. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif) |

Explain problem! I might be able to come up with one.
Is it loose, or missing? That 'keeper' bends out, and gets weak. M |

I shall amble through my parts pile, and see what I can come up with. And BTW, 3 Penguins in town at the same time, I will go get a camera. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif) M |
