So i found a 914 in a junkyard here in Nevada, the car appears to be complete and has minimal rust from what i saw (tiny spot in the trunk under the carpet covering and a small spot on the passenger door)
The interior is in shambles and would obviously need serious work.
Besides that the car seems to only be missing front turn signal covers and obviously new tires as the car has been sitting for ages.

The car suposidly has a 6 cylender engine according to my friend who went with me to look at it. The car is white and dost covered and the black (targa) top needs some work too.

The car is being offered at $500.... perhaps being able to be talked down to $400 it has a Nevada junkyard title...

no i dont have pics i cimpletly forgot my camera when i went i know i suck (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif)

Thanks
Erik

hard to say anything without pictures ...

but i'm going to say that if it in fact has little rust $500 is a fair price for a roller/project car ...

i hope you have some tools and skills (or friends. or money) ...

Dood,
the cat is outta the bag now, if I were you, I would beat feet back there armed with the range of oem 6 vins! If it has a six and the oil cooling parts, that is worth the price alone!
Go now! NOW! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/burnout.gif)

Of course I'd be happy to hook up the trailer and shoot on over there, I'm having a hard time with a salvage yard not knowing it's a six and then people passing over it for 3 years. That being said, I'll head right over if someone gives me an address. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
